A Bit more Blog as promised

But sadly not the sort I like to write.

Ken Rankine has very sadly now been diagnosed as being terminally ill. The cancer has already spread to both his liver and his lungs. After the insertion of a stent to enable some food to pass into his stomach (scheduled for tomorrow) he will be returning to his cottage on Portland and to the care of Sue.

Equally sadly many of new knew Harriet Wilson, who sadly died 3 weeks ago in an accident at home. The Maidenhead Advertiser has now published details of the funeral, which I reproduce below.
